Returns

Please contact us here in regards to the returns of misprinted, damaged or defective items, as well as if you have any other issues with a product or order.

Unfortunately we can't accept returns for items that aren't faulty or damaged, as all products are made to order.

We do not accept returns of sealed products for hygiene reasons.

Claims for misprinted or damaged items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the product, or in the event of a package being lost in transit, within 2 weeks of the estimated date of delivery. Returns must be sent to the Printful faclity's address.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printful facility and you will receive an email notification from printful. Products are donated to charity if unclaimed for 4 weeks after being returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs upon confirmation of a valid delivery address.
